My laptop came with windows 7. I then purchased an upgrade of windows 8 online and upgraded to windows 8.1. I then did the windows 10 build before it was available for free upgrade. When the free upgrade was available I did just that but it upgraded windows 10 Pro and was asking for a product key. I then tried doing a reset.that's when the trouble stared.
